Hays-Studie zeigt: Besserer Transfer von Methodenwissen und schnellere Problemerkennung in gemischten Teams

Gemischte Teams aus fest angestellten und externen Spezialisten sind produktiver als rein intern besetzte Projektteams. Das ist das Kernergebnis der repräsentativen Studie "Mixed Teams – Treiber des Projekterfolgs?", die das Institut für Beschäftigung und Employability (IBE) an der Fachhochschule Ludwigshafen im Auftrag der Hays AG durchgeführt hat. Über zwei Drittel der Befragten (65,2%) halten gemischte Teams für produktiver. Den Produktivitätsvorteil gegenüber internen Teams beziffern sie auf Basis ihrer persönlichen Erfahrungen im Mittel auf 26,6%. An der Studie beteiligten sich insgesamt 489 strategische und operative Entscheider, davon 75% aus Großunternehmen und 25% aus dem gehobenen Mittelstand.
