Auf der anderen Seite fällt es ihnen schwer, gute Mitarbeiter zu gewinnen. Auf beiden Feldern müssen Firmen daher dringend aktiv werden, um künftig die richtigen Mitarbeiter an Bord zu haben. Das zeigt der aktuelle HR-Report 2013/2014, den der Personaldienstleister Hays gemeinsam mit dem Institut für Beschäftigung und Employability (IBE) erstellt hat.
