Die neue T7 ist nach Angaben von Hedelius ein extrem vielseitiges Schwenkspindel-Bearbeitungszentrum. Die großen Arbeitsräume eignen sich ideal für die Stirnseitenbearbeitung langer Werkstücke, heißt es. Alternativ könne der Arbeitsraum durch eine Trennwand in zwei Pendelbearbeitungsräume unterteilt werden. Mittlere oder größere Lose ließen sich so wirtschaftlich abarbeiten. Serienmäßig verfügt die Maschine über einen integrierten NC-Rundtisch mit 750 mm Planscheibendurchmesser und einem Störkreis von 1.100 mm. So werde auch eine präzise Fünf-Seiten-Komplettbearbeitung möglich. Durch Eilganggeschwindigkeiten von 40 m/min und kurze Span-zu-Span-Zeiten werden die Nebenzeiten laut Hersteller effektiv gesenkt. Die senkrechten Lammellenabdeckungen, durch die ein Reinigen des Arbeitsraumes erheblich erleichtert wird, verringern den Jhzwtgtifgzjzbx.
