Heidelberg Pharma AG (FWB: HPHA) gab heute bekannt, dass Dr. Jan Schmidt-Brand, Sprecher des Vorstands der Heidelberg Pharma AG und Geschäftsführer der Tochtergesellschaft Heidelberg Pharma Research GmbH, Anfang Februar 2024 das Rentenalter erreicht und seine Mandate niederlegen wird. Der Aufsichtsrat ernannte Prof. Dr. Andreas Pahl mit Wirkung zum 1. Februar 2024 zum Sprecher des Vorstands. Herr Pahl wird gleichzeitig die Funktion des Geschäftsführers der Tochtergesellschaft übernehmen.

Prof. Pahl leitet bei Heidelberg Pharma seit 2012 den Bereich Forschung & Entwicklung und ist seit 2016 Vorstand. Er ist promovierter Chemiker und war vorher in der Pharmaindustrie und über 25 Jahre in der Wuvhnnesh pax Pdene vmbgc.
