CMAD6001 „Ultra low“ Reststrom-Dioden im superkleinen FEMTOminiTM SOD923-Gehäuse jetzt bei Henskes erhältlich

Ab sofort bietet Henskes die CENTRAL CMAD6001, eine Diode im superkleinen FEMTOminiTM SMD-Gehäuse (SOD923), an. Die Diode ist höchst zuverlässig und hat die Daten VR=100V und IF=250mA, sowie den extrem niedrigen Reststrom von 0,5nA max. Die Kapazität beträgt lediglich 2pF max. CMAD6001 ist besonders für Anwendungen, in denen es auf "Energie-Effizienz" ankommt und bei denen kleinstmögliche Bauteileabmessungen gefordert werden, geeignet.

Das FEMTOminiTM-Gehäuse (SOD923) benötigt nur 55% der Montagefläche des vergleichbaren SOD523 Gehäuses. Mit der maximalen Bauhöhe von 0,41mm benötigt sie sogar nur 48% der bisherigen SOD523 Höhe.
