Diese Lösung eignet sich besonders für den Einsatz zum Schalten unter Last als alternative Lösung für Lastumschaltung (ein/aus) auf den Stromversorgungsleitungen von Geräten. Der BD2270HFV ist durch eine integrierte Ladungspumpe (Spannungsverdreifacher) gekennzeichnet, der ein NMOS-Transistor-Gate ansteuert.
