Steuerliche Neuregelungen für Unternehmer und Arbeitgeber ab dem 1. Januar 2013

Die Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung, der Antrag auf Dauerfristverlängerung, die Anmeldung der Sondervorauszahlung und die Lohnsteueranmeldung sind von Unternehmen und Arbeitgebern bereits jetzt elektronisch an die Finanzverwaltung zu übermitteln. Die Übermittlung war bislang auch ohne Authentifizierung möglich. Diese Möglichkeit besteht aufgrund einer Neuregelung in der Steuerdaten-Übermittlungsverordnung künftig nicht mehr. Ab dem 1. Januar 2013 können die oben genannten Steueranmeldungen und Anträge nur noch elektronisch authentifiziert übermittelt werden.
Um eine elektronisch authentifizierte Übermittlung vornehmen zu können, ist eine vorherige Registrierung im ElsterOnline-Portal erforderlich. Bei der Registrierung kann zwischen verschiedenen Zertifikaten für die Datenübermittlung gewählt werden. Empfohlen wird die Verwendung eines nicht-persönlichen Zertifikats (Organisationszertifikat).
