Neben wesentlichen funktionellen Erweiterungen bietet die neue MDE Version ein erhebliches Plus an Bedienkomfort. HKS unterstützt dabei alle Kunststoffspritzgießfertiger die Ihre Effizienz im Fertigungsprozess und in allen nachgelagerten Arbeiten bis hin zur Prozessparameter-aufzeichnung optimal gestalten möchten. MDE::Plus sammelt unmittelbar und in Echtzeit Produktionsdaten. Störungen werden sofort signalisiert um Gegenmaßnahmen zeitnah einleiten zu können. Die Erfassung und Auswertung von Störzeiten und -Gründen liefern die Basis zur Optimierung in der Fertigung und letztendlich zur Verkürzung der Zykluszeiten. Die Aufzeichnung der Prozessparameter ermöglicht ein kontinuierliches Produkt- und Prozesscontrolling.
