Das Seminar zeigt sowohl die zentralen Fragen auf, die in einem Business Plan beantwortet werden müssen, als auch die Vorgehensweisen, wie diese Antworten erarbeitet werden können. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit wird dabei auf die Umsetzung der ursprünglichen Idee in ein funktionierendes, Geld generierendes Geschäftssystem gelegt.

Den zweiten Schwerpunkt bilden die Darstellung dieses Geschäftssystems in einer transparenten Planung, die die Kapitalgeber von der Kapitaldienstfähigkeit bzw. Rentabilität überzeugt.
