Der Vorstand der HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft hat beschlossen, das Aktienrückkaufprogramm, das am 11. Januar 2016 bekannt gegeben worden war, mit sofortiger Wirkung zu beenden.

Die Gesamtzahl der durch die HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft im Rahmen des Aktienrückkaufprogramms seit dem 12. Januar 2016 erworbenen Aktien beträgt 954.717. Die Gesamtzahl der von HOCHTIEF derzeit gehaltenen eigenen Aktien beträgt 5.073.068 Stück. Dies entspricht 7,32% aller Stückaktien der HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft.
