Property Controlling International focuses on data and fact management for real estate outside Germany

As of January 1, 2014 HOCHTIEF Property Management has also taken on duties for real estate outside Germany for Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (DeAWM). Oper-ating under the name of Property Controlling International, HOCHTIEF Property Man-agement is concentrating on figure and data management for the institutional investor's international real estate. DeAWM is primarily interested in quality assurance of the finan-cial and real estate data for the real estate portfolio under management. These data pro-vide the institutional client with important control leverage. HOCHTIEF Property Man-agement's duties include maintenance of the EDP platforms such as SAP, as well as following up on
