JGC C&C testet Hydrocracking-Katalysatoren im Hochdurchsatzverfahren bei hte

hte - the high throughput experimentation company und JGC C&C geben ihre Zusammenarbeit auf dem Gebiet der Hydrocracking-Katalysatortestung bekannt. hte setzt dafür das eigens entwickelte X4500-Rieselbett-Reaktorsystem ein, mit dem Hydroprocessing-Katalysatoren im Hochdurchsatz getestet werden.

In dem Forschungsprojekt nutzte JGC C&C das X4500-Reaktorsystem zur Evaluierung verschiedener Extrudat-Katalysatoren in Form von strukturierten Schüttungen im Rieselbettbetrieb (Hydrocracking). Parallele Reaktorsysteme der X4500-Serie sind für Hochdurchsatztestungen von Hydroprocessing-Katalysatoren unter industriellen Testbedingungen und der Verwendung hochviskoser Feeds optimiert. Sie ermöglichen das Testen kleinster Mengen im Bereich von 1-5 mL über längere Zeiträume. Gleichzeitig liefern sie eine kontinuierlich hohe Datenqualität, die vergleichbar ist mit der von Pilotanlagen.
