Die neuen ibidi Mikrotiterplatten mit Glasboden bieten endlich hervorragende Möglichkeiten für Hochdurchsatz in der Super-Resolution und TIRF-Mikroskopie von Zellen.

 

Bei Verwendung der µ-Plate 96 Well oder 384 Well Black Glass Bottom werden die Proben durch ein dünnes #1.5H D 263 M Schott Deckglas mit einer Dicke von 170 µm +/- 5 µm mikroskopiert. Aufgrund ihrer überlegenen optischen Qualität eignen sich die µ-Plates nicht nur für Standard-Mikroskopie, sondern sind auch ideal für Total-Internal-Reflektions-Fluoreszenz (TIRF), Super-Resolution-Mikroskopie (STED, SIM, (F)PALM, (d)STORM) und Fluoreszenz-Korrelationsspektroskopie (FCS).
