Das WAFER-US15WP2 der ICP Deutschland GmbH ist ein 3.5" CPU Board, das mit einer Kombination aus Montageplatte und Kühlkörper ausgestattet ist und somit ohne großen Aufwand in ein System eingeplant und eingebaut werden kann. Das besondere Design des Boards, bei dem der Prozessor und der Chipsatz auf der Unterseite des Boards angeordnet sind, bietet in Verbindung mit dem Kühlkörper, der gleichzeitig auch die Montageplatte darstellt, eine hervorragende Wärmeableitung. Das Board ist in zwei Prozessorvarianten erhältlich - Intel® Atom(TM) Z510P und Z530P. Beide Varianten haben eine max. Leitungsaufnahme von 14W.
