Geringe Leistungsaufnahme bei kompletter Ausstattung, das zeichnet das PCI-104 CPU Modul PM-US15W mit dem Intel® US15W Chipsatz aus. Die ICP Deutschland GmbH bietet das Modul mit den Intel® Atom(TM) Prozessoren Z510 (1.1GHz) und Z530 (1.6GHz) an, die beide mit einem 8mm flachen passiven Kühlkörper ausgestattet sind. Auf der Unterseite des Moduls befinden sich ein SO-DIMM Slot für bis zu 2GB Arbeitsspeicher und ein CF Slot für den Massenspeicher. Natürlich kann auch eine Festplatte angeschlossen werden. Als weitere Schnittstellen sind vier COM, vier USB und ein LAN sowie ein KB/MS Port zu erwähnen. Über eine 18/24bit Single Channel LVDS Schnittstelle können
