Das ATX Mainboard IMBA-XQ354 der ICP Deutschland GmbH zeichnet sich insbesondere durch seine drei PCIe x4 und drei 32bit PCI Slots aus. Die drei PCIe Slots werden durch einen PLX PCIe Switch realisiert. Natürlich verfügt das Board darüber hinaus auch noch über einen PCIe x16 Slot. Der Herz des IMBA-XQ354 stellt der Intel® Q354 und ICH9DO Chipsatz dar. Auf dem LGA775 Sockel finden Core(TM) 2 Quad 45nm Prozessoren mit 1333MHz FSB Platz, die von bis zu 8GB Dual Channel DDR2 RAM unterstützt werden. Neben den üblichen Schnittstellen bietet das Board noch zwei GbE und sechs SATAII Ports.
