Das 3.5" Board WAFER-ATOM der ICP Deutschland GmbH ist mit dem Intel ATOM N270 1.6GHz Prozessor ausgestattet. Sowohl der Prozessor als auch die Chipsätze Intel 945GSE + ICH7M befinden sich auf der Unterseite des Boards. Durch dieses intelligente Design kann das Board mühelos mit der im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Kühlplatte direkt auf eine wärmeableitenden Gehäusefläche montiert werden. Bei einer Gesamtleistungsaufnahme von weniger als 15 Watt ist kein Lüfter notwendig. Durch die Dual Display Funktion (VGA + 18bit Dual Channel LVDS) bietet sich das Board insbesondere für Integratoren von Panel PCs und anderen Displaylösungen an.
