Die IHK Reutlingen erfüllt alle Sicherheitsstandards zum vertraulichen Umgang mit Prüfungs-aufgaben. Dies bestätigt jetzt ein Zertifikat der Certqua GmbH. Nach der Auditierung im Oktober kam jetzt der Abschlussbericht. Darin bezeichnete Auditor Dr. Wolfgang Schneider die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Bereich Aus- und Weiterbildung als „vorbildlich geschult“. Sie seien mit den Sicherheitsvorkehrungen „sehr gut vertraut“. Die IHK Reutlingen stellt seit zwei Jahren ihre gesamte interne Organisation auf den Prüfstand. Im Januar 2007 bewertet die Certqua GmbH weitere 40 Qualitätsstandards. „Für ein modernes Dienstleistungsunternehmen wie die IHK Reutlingen ist geprüftes Qualitätsmanagement ein Muss“, erklärt IHK-Verwaltungschef Detlef Werneck.
