Der Aufsichtsrat und der Vorstandsvorsitzende der INDUS Holding AG teilen heute mit, dass Helmut Ruwisch (65) sein Amt mit Ablauf der Hauptversammlung 2012 im Juli diesen Jahres niederlegen wird. Sein Nachfolger wird Jürgen Abromeit (52).

Weiterhin wird Dr. Wolfgang Höper (45) auf eigenen Wunsch nach sechs Jahren Vorstandstätigkeit seinen Vertrag nicht verlängern und aus dem Vorstand ausscheiden. Er wird sein Amt im Laufe des zweiten Quartals 2012 niederlegen. Sein Nachfolger wird Rudolf Weichert (49), der mit Wirkung zum 1. Juni 2012 in den Vorstand eintreten wird. Er ist seit sechs Jahren als Partner am Standort Düsseldorf für die Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft KPMG
