IHK zeigt Unternehmen den Vorteil von XRM

Als ganzheitlicher Ansatz für eine vernetzte Welt bezeichnet XRM (eXtended Relationship Management) die konsequente Weiterentwicklung eines klassischen Customer-Relationship-Managements (CRM). Mit einem XRM-Ansatz können Unternehmen alle Beziehungen managen - seien es Kunden, Lieferanten, Behörden oder eigene interne und externe Mitarbeiter.

Die Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) Aachen erläutert am Mittwoch, 20. Juni, in einer kostenfreien Veranstaltung von 17 bis 19 Uhr im David-Hansemann-Saal, wie sinnvolle und vor allem tragfähige CRM- und XRM-Projekte aufgesetzt werden können. Anhand eines realen Projekts wird gezeigt, wie eine nutzbringende und finanzierbare Lösung für XRM-Herausforderungen aussehen kann.
