Praxislehrgang: Erkennen von Bauschäden und deren Ursachen

Für die Sanierung von Bauschäden entstehen jährlich Kosten in Milliardenhöhe. Ein beträchtlicher Teil dieser Kosten könnte eingespart werden, wenn Bauschäden und deren Ursachen frühzeitig erkannt würden. Wie man das macht, erfahren die Teilnehmer in dem erstmalig 2008 angebotenen Praxislehrgang "Erkennen von Bauschäden und deren Ursachen" der Industrie- und Handelskammer Aachen (IHK).

In dem am 8. Februar beginnenden Lehrgang wird den Teilnehmern das theoretische und praktische Wissen vermittelt, das für das Erkennen und Beurteilen von Bauschäden und deren Ursachen notwendig ist. Damit werden die Teilnehmer in die Lage versetzt, rechtzeitig zu reagieren um kostenintensive Sanierungsarbeiten an Immobilien zu verhindern.
