Seniorexperten für Jungunternehmer gesucht

"Erfahrung an Jüngere weitergeben", lautet das Motto der Seniorcoaches aus Wirtschaftsunternehmen. Deshalb sucht die IHK Aachen weitere ehemalige Fach- und Führungskräfte im Ruhestand, die ihr Wissen aus dem Berufsleben an Existenzgründer und Jungunternehmer weitergeben möchten. Dabei geht es um Hilfestellungen in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragen wie Absatz, Finanzierung, Firmenstruktur, Marketing, Personal und Produktion.
Ehrenamtliche Seniorexperten sind Ideengeber bei der Lösung eines Problems und Ratgeber bei der Bewältigung neuer Aufgaben. Durch ihre Begleitung bauen sie gleichzeitig eine Brücke zwischen den Generationen. Somit steht der Coach nicht im Wettbewerb zum hauptberuflichen Unternehmensberater, sondern ergänzt seine Arbeit.
