Abgabepflichten an die Künstlersozialkasse auch für Industrie und Handel

Nicht nur für Musiker, die beim Betriebsfest auftreten, müssen Unternehmen Beiträge an die Künstlersozialkasse zahlen. Wer freiberufliche Designer, Fotografen oder Texter beauftragt, muss die Abgabe in der Regel ebenfalls leisten. Seit 1. Juli 2007 prüft die Deutsche Rentenversicherung genau, ob Unternehmen die Abgabe rechtzeitig und vollständig entrichten.

Der Nürnberger Rechtsanwalt Dr. Dirk Lange informiert bei der IHK-Veranstaltung über folgende Themen: Grundlegendes zur Künstlersozialkasse, Definition von künstlerischer und publizistischer Leistung, Abgrenzungsprobleme sowie Überprüfung durch die Deutsche Rentenversicherung.
