Ab 1. Jänner 2011 tritt der Vorstand der Infoniqa Gruppe in neuer Zusammensetzung auf. Neben den bisherigen Vorstandsmitgliedern Alexander Zrost und Siegfried Milly übernimmt Urs Tschudin als neues Vorstandsmitglied die Verantwortung für den Geschäftsbereich Information Management & IT-Services sowie Marketing. Urs Tschudin ist seit dem Jahr 2003 erfolgreich als CEO der Infoniqa SQL AG in der Schweiz tätig. Siegfried Milly verantwortet weiterhin den Geschäftsbereich HR Services & Solutions. Alexander Zrost, bisher CFO, wird CEO der Infoniqa Gruppe und übernimmt den Bereich ERP/PPS. Manfred Terzer scheidet aus dem Vorstand aus, leitet aber weiterhin die Infoniqa Beteiligungen rzw AG und Kendox AG.
