Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: ISIL) kündigte heute eine neue Serie von Ultra-low-dropout Linearreglern an. Sie bieten die industrieweit niedrigste Ein/Ausgangs-Spannungsdifferenz bei voller Last.

Intersils neue Bausteine ISL80111, ISL80112 und ISL80113 sind für Ausgangsströme von 1 A, 2 A und 3 A spezifiziert und für die Präzisionsregelung niedriger Spannungspegel optimiert. Jeder Baustein enthält einen sehr niederohmigen NMOS Pass-Transistor. ISL80113 bietet die ultra-niedrige Dropout-Spannung von 75 mV bei 3 A Laststrom.

Die Genauigkeit der Ausgangsspannung von 1,6%, der Versorgungsspannungsdurchgriff (power supply rejection ratio, PSRR) von 80dB und die Rauschspannung von nur 100 µVrms summieren sich zu einer exzellenten Regelung der Ausgangsspannung.
