Effizientere Produktion mit dem Laser in der Solar- und Halbleiterindustrie

Produktionsverfahren mit dem Laser mit Mikro- und Nanopräzision zeigt am 23. September 2008 das 2. HANNOVER MESSE Laser-Herbstforum. Im Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V. (LZH) treffen sich führende Unternehmen und Institute, um über aktuelle Entwicklungen zu diskutieren. Ein wichtiges Thema ist die Photovoltaik, wie LZHGeschäftsführer Dr. Andreas Ostendorf betont: "Die nächste Generation von Siliziumzellen für Photovoltaikanlagen wird einen sehr hohen Anteil von Laserprozessen in der Fertigung enthalten", so Ostendorf. Weitere Themen sind Anwendungen in der Halbleiterindustrie und Rapid Prototyping.
