Neue CAN-FD-Karten - höhere Datenraten für Automotive-Anwendungen

Das CAN-FD-Protocol ist inzwischen internationaler ISO 11898-1 Standard. Janz Tec bietet für diesen Data Link Layer neue CAN-Produkte. Neben den bereits vielfach eingesetzten passiven CAN-Adapterkarten und Embedded-PC-Systemen mit integrierter CAN-Schnittstelle gibt es jetzt zwei neue CAN-FD-fähige aktive Karten: CAN-PCIH/FD und CAN-PMC/FD. Hier kommen ARM-basierte Prozessoren mit einem direkt angeschlossenen FPGA zum Einsatz. Das garantiert eine optimale Performance zwischen der Firmware, die auf dem ARM-Kern läuft, und dem CAN-FD-fähigen IP Core, welcher im FPGA abgearbeitet wird. Beide Karten sind in Versionen mit 2 und 4 Kanälen verfügbar.
