Jungheinrich Hauptversammlung am 27. August 2020

Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Jungheinrich AG haben den neuen Termin für die Hauptversammlung 2020 auf den 27. August 2020 festgelegt. Ursprünglich hatte die Veranstaltung Ende April stattfinden sollen, war aber aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie zunächst terminlich unbestimmt in den Sommer verschoben worden. Zum Schutz der Gesundheit der Aktionäre und Mitarbeiter von Jungheinrich wird die Hauptversammlung nun ausschließlich virtuell stattfinden und für die Aktionäre per Live-Streaming im Internet übertragen werden.

Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Jungheinrich AG werden der Hauptversammlung am 27. August eine Dividende in der im Geschäftsbericht 2019 veröffentlichten Höhe von 0,46 € je Stammaktie und 0,48 € je Vorzugsaktie vorschlagen.
