Der Aufsichtsrat der KAP AG („KAP“), eine börsennotierte, mittelständische Industrieholding (WKN 620840, ISIN DE0006208408), hat Dr. Hartmut Sauer (56) für zunächst drei Jahre in den Vorstand des Unternehmens berufen. Darüber hinaus wurde Marten Julius zum Sprecher des Vorstands ernannt. Sein Vertrag wurde bereits Anfang des Jahres verlängert und läuft ab dem 1. Oktober 2023 für weitere drei Jahre.
