HACCP (hazard analysis of critical control points) – die Überwachung der kritischen Punkte in der Lebensmittelkette - ist für alle Betriebe, die Lebensmittel herstellen, verarbeiten oder transportieren Pflicht. Zum Schutz der Endverbraucher wird von der Produktion bis zur Auslieferung der Waren kontrolliert, die kritischen Punkte untersucht und entsprechend korrigiert. Auch der Transport von Frisch-, Kühl- und Tiefkühlwaren gehört zu diesen kritschen Punkten. Schon die Wahl des richtigen Transportmittels zählt hier:

Als erste Aufbauten auf Motorwagen wurden in diesem Jahr die Kühlaufbauten der Fa. Kiesling nach den HACCP-Richtlinien geprüft und abgenommen.
