Durch den Einsatz von piezoelektrischen Verbrennungsdrucksensoren mit integrierter Masseisolation und hoher Empfindlichkeit können elektrische Störeinflüsse weitgehend vermieden werden. Die Masseisolation des Sensorelementes verhindert die Bildung von Störströmen und ermöglicht auch bei Potentialunterschieden zwischen Motor und Messtechnik eine hohe Signalqualität. Mit dem neuen Kistler Typ 6125C... steht die dritte Generation des Verbrennungsdrucksensors mit Masseisolation zur Verfügung.

Durch den Einsatz eines neuen PiezoStar-Kristalls konnte die Empfindlichkeit auf -37 pC/bar gesteigert und der Druckbereich bis 300 bar erhöht werden. Dieser neue Sensor gewährleistet auch bei hohem Störsignalpegel präzise und verlässliche Messdaten.
