Das Rüstungsunternehmen KNDS wurde vom Beschaffungsamt (BAAINBw) beauftragt die zuvor von der Bundeswehr an die Ukraine abgegebenen geschützten DINGO 2 Radfahrzeuge zu ersetzen. Das Wiederbeschaffungsvorhaben umfasst eine Rahmenvereinbarung über 50 Führungs- und Funktionsfahrzeuge (GFF) vom Typ DINGO 2 in der Variante A4.
