inconso AG erstellt Lagerverwaltungssystem für DaimlerChrysler Bremen

Die DaimlerChrysler AG produziert am Standort Bremen Fahrzeuge der C-, CLK-, SL- und SLK-Klasse. Um weitere Effizienzverbesserungen zu erzielen und die geplanten Kapazitätserweiterungen vor Ort zu realisieren, wird die Versorgung der Produktionsbereiche Rohbau und Montage mit behälterfähigen Kleinteilen jetzt in einem neuen Automatischen Kleinteilelager (AKL) konzentriert.

Mit der Entwicklung und Einführung des Lagerverwaltungssystems (LVS) auf Basis des SAP Netweaver wurde die inconso AG beauftragt. Sie hatte bereits ein SAP-basiertes LVS für den Standort Sindelfingen implementiert, dessen Funktionalitäten nun auch in Bremen zum Einsatz kommen sollen. Hierzu zählen Warenvereinnahmung und Einlagerung, Lager- und Auslagerauftragsverwaltung Routenverwaltung und -steuerung, Schnittstellen zum übergelagerten Logistik-Teile-Steuerungs-System uvb nu qgr kewhcohvtgmsu Kdyphhjjswd.
