ABREX® - Neue Prüfmöglichkeiten am Kunststoff-Institut Lüdenscheid

Das Kunststoff-Institut hat seine Oberflächenprüftechnik erweitert. Mit dem Abriebprüfgerät ABREX® der INNOWEP GmbH ist ab sofort die Simulation von Handabrieb an beliebigen Oberflächen möglich. Die Prüfung erfolgt gemäß der europäischen Norm DIN EN 60068-2- 70 / IEC 68-2-70. Ziel ist es, die zu untersuchende Oberfläche einer möglichst praxisgerecht nachempfundenen Handbetätigung auszusetzen. Neben der rein mechanischen Belastung kann bei Bedarf auch das chemische Umfeld simuliert werden. Dabei wird während der Prüfung eine Prüfflüssigkeit oder -paste auf die Oberfläche aufgebracht. Zusätzlich stehen die Geräterweiterungen Fingernagelkratztest (Automotive), Schuhsolentest und Fingerprinttest zur Verfügung.
