Kläranlage Wahren geht außer Betrieb/Umbau zu Pumpstation/KWL investiert 2,2 Millionen Euro

Die KWL - Kommunale Wasserwerke Leipzig GmbH nimmt die Kläranlage Wahren außer Betrieb. Ab Mittwoch, dem 1. Oktober 2008, beginnt das Unternehmen mit dem Umbau der Anlage zu einem Abwasserpumpwerk. Das bisher an diesem Standort behandelte Abwasser wird mit Fertigstellung der rund 2,2 Millionen Euro teuren Arbeiten Ende November 2009 in das Klärwerk Rosental übergeleitet. Dazu nutzt die KWL die bereits bestehende Abwasserdruckleitung aus Schkeuditz/ Miltitz, an die die Kläranlage Wahren nun angeschlossen wird.
