Mit der aktuellen Erweiterung ihres Portfolios bietet die L-Net Informationssysteme GmbH Unternehmen die Möglichkeit, die vielfältigen Vorteile von Lotus Notes/Domino hinsichtlich Groupware und Workflow für die Fuhrparkverwaltung zu nutzen. Neben der Erfassung grundsätzlicher Fahrzeugdaten technischer und wirtschaftlicher Art können wichtige Termine wie TÜV/ASU, Inspektionen, Abläufe von Verträgen, etc. sicher überwacht werden. Eine diesbezügliche Aufgabenzuweisung und die Erfassung der Historie erfolgen automatisch. Bei Nichterfüllung verhindern Kontrollmechanismen, dass etwas unerledigt liegen bleibt. Allen Mitarbeitern zur Verfügung stehende Fahrzeuge können verwaltet und über das System reserviert bzw. ausgeliehen werden. Die Datenblätter sind flexibel gestaltbar. So kann die Lösung an die spezifischen Kundenerfordernisse angepasst rckvij.
