Im Landratsamt Ravensburg bereiten sich die SGB II - Mitarbeiter mit LÄMMkom auf den Umstieg von der getrennten Trägerschaft auf die Aufgaben einer Optionskommune vor

Die Software-Umstellung erfolgt in den laufenden Fällen. Dazu werden alle Daten aus Verbis automatisch migriert und in die in LÄMMkom bereits erfassten Fälle integriert. Die Übergabe an das Kassensystem FIWES Classic erfolgt im Landratsamt Ravensburg bis 2013 über die in Baden-Württemberg breitflächig eingesetzte Schnittstelle WAUS.

Der erste Schulungsblock konnte bereits im Herbst erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden. Derzeit werden Sachbearbeiter und Fallmanager anhand von Vertiefungsschulungen intensiver in die umfassende Funktionalität der Software eingearbeitet. Der termingenaue Übergang in die aktive Arbeit zum kommenden Jahr ist gewährleistet.

LÄMMkom wird in Ravensburg im SGB II und SGB XII seit 2007, für die Unterhaltssicherung seit 2010 jyuwfmdvuut wyzhufoqqi.
