Es ist nur 6,9 mm dünn, 113 mm lang und 50 mm breit. Ich spreche vom neuen Samsung X820. War es anfangs nur ein Hersteller, der dünne Mobiltelefone produzierte, so ist seit einiger Zeit eine Reihe Hersteller dazugekommen, die beim Schlankheitswettrennen mitmacht. Wenn man an dünne Mobiltelefone denkt, fällt einem meist direkt die Razr-Serie von Motorola ein, die bei einer Tiefe von 13,9 mm anfing. Dem folgte Motorolas Erfolg mit seinem 11,5 mm tiefen SLVR und das 10,9 mm dicke Motorola L6. BenQ und Siemens zogen mit dem S68 (13,2 mm) nach.
