Linear Technology Corporation präsentiert drei neue Aufwärts-Ladungspumpenregler im nur 2mm x 2mm großen DFN-Gehäuse: LTC3221/-3.3/-5. Die Familie LTC3221 ist für einen maximalen Ausgangsstrom von 60mA ausgelegt, basiert auf einer Burst Mode®-Architektur und zieht einen Ruhestrom von nur 8uA - das verlängert die Batteriebetriebsdauer tragbarer Geräte. Der LTC3221 bietet eine einstellbare Ausgangsspannung und einen von 1,8V bis 5,5V reichenden Eingangsspannungsbereich. Die Ausgangsspannung kann maximal das Doppelte der Eingangsspannung betragen. Der LTC3221-3.3 macht aus einer Eingangsspannung von mindestens 3,3V eine geregelte Ausgangsspannung von 1,8V; der LTC3221-5 liefert bei einer Eingangsspannung von mindestens 2,7V eine Ausgangsspannung von 5V.
