Linear Technology Corporation präsentiert den LTC2912, einen einkanaligen Unterspannungs- (UV) und Überspannungs- (OV) Monitor für platzbeschränkte Anwendungen. Die Spannungsüberwachungseingänge des in einem nur 3mm x 2mm großen DFN-Gehäuse untergebrachten LTC2912 enthalten Filter, die kurze Störimpulse unterdrücken und dadurch verhindern, dass die Überwachungsschaltung durch Rauschen oder Störsignale auf der zu überwachenden Spannung getriggert wird. Die UV- und OV-Schwellenwerte sind über externe Widerstände programmierbar; dadurch lässt sich das IC an die unterschiedlichsten Anwendungen anpassen. Die Schwellenwertgenauigkeit ist mit ±1,5% über den gesamten Betriebstemperaturbereich spezifiziert.

Die UV- und OV-Reset-Ausgänge sind voneinander unabhängig. Die Dauer der Reset-Signale wird durch einen internen, programmierbaren Timer
