Linear Technology Corporation präsentiert den LTC3822, einen Synchron-DC/DC-Abwärtswandler-Controller für 2,75V bis 4,5V Eingangsspannung, der zur Ansteuerung von N-Kanal-MOSFETs keine externe Gate-Steuerspannung benötigt.
