Von der Linear Technology Corporation kommt der neue LT6660, die branchenweit erste Präzisions-Serienspannungsreferenz, die im winzigen 3-Lead-DFN-Gehäuse mit nur 2 mm x 2 mm eingebaut ist. Diese kompakten Bauteile verbinden eine Grundgenauigkeit von 0,2% mit einer Drift von 20 ppm und dem Micro-Power-Betrieb. Sie belegen weniger als die Hälfte Platz als ein SOT-23-Gehäuse. Weiterhin benötigt der LT6660 keinerlei Ausgangskompensations-Kondensator – das ist besonders wichtig bei den raumbeengten Verhältnissen auf der Leiterplatte eines kompakten PCs oder auch dort, wo sofortige Betriebsbereitschaft erforderlich ist.
