Rohrofen FRHT-5-370/4500/1150.

Horizontaler teilbarer fünf-zoniger Rohrofen mit Inconel 601 Retorte (200 x 200 x 5000 mm bxhxt) zur Wärmebehandlung von "Stents". Die "Stents" werden in Magazine eingebracht, anschließend kommen die Magazine manuell in die Retorte. Nach der Wärmebehandlung wird das Magazin manuell in ein Wasserbad eingelasssen. Jede Zone besitzt einen eigenen Temperaturregler G 800 mit Schnittstelle RS 485.

Dauertemperatur 1150 °C. Max. Heizleistung ca 88 kW.

Temperaturgleichmäßigkeit über 3500 mm +/- 5 K.
