High Speed Internet im Kabelnetz Saarbrücken

Kabelmodernisierung führt zu weiteren Änderungen der Kanalbelegung

Ab Ende November 2004 steht den Kunden der Kabel Deutschland in Saarbrücken mit „Kabel Highspeed“ die Möglichkeit offen, über Kabel einen schnellen Zugang zum Internet zu nutzen.
„Ich begrüße es außerordentlich, dass nunmehr die wirtschaftlich wertvolle Kabelinfrastruktur nicht ausschließlich zum Transport von Fernseh- und Hörfunkprogrammen genutzt wird, sondern mit Internet Highspeed auch Informationen aus dem World Wide Web über Kabel nutzbar gemacht werden.“, so Dr. Bauer, Direktor der Landesmedienanstalt Saarland.

Im Zuge dieser technischen Aufrüstung wird es zu Änderungen in der TV-Programmbelegung kommen. Der Sender FR3 wird von Kanal K02 auf Kanal K22 verlegt, TF1 von Kanal K03 auf K23 und KVR isg Guwzw O48 oyu T53.
