Überraschender Auftritt

Für die Verleihung der 1LIVE Krone 2009 hat lunatX im Auftrag des WDR Special Effects geliefert. Die Effekte kamen während des Unplugged-Auftritts von Sportfreunde Stiller und The Subways, die den Titel "Rock'n'Roll Queen" spielten, zum Einsatz. Die Künstler hielten mitten im Song kurz inne, im gleichen Moment wurde eine gesteppte Pyro Jet-Sequenz an der 20 Meter langen Bühnenfront geschossen sowie zwei Bühnenknall-Effekte gezündet. Kurz darauf zogen die Bands ihre Sonnenbrillen auf und spielten weiter. Zum Abschluss der Verleihung schossen zudem 40 LX-Shooter silberfarbene Streamer und Flitter.
