Das aktuelle Top-Thema in den Personalabteilungen ist nicht neu: die Digitalisierung. Fast genau so häufig nennen Unternehmen den Fachkräftemangel als drängendes Thema. An dritter Stelle der Top-Themen kommt das Employer Branding. Zu diesen Ergebnissen kommt die Unternehmensberatung Lurse in ihrer Studie „Trends in Vergütung und HR 2023/24“, für die sie HR-Verantwortliche von 237 deutschen Unternehmen befragt hat.
