Zum 1. Oktober 2003 übernimmt die Lynx Human Resources GmbH (Lynx-HR) aus Walldorf zunächst acht Berater der Application Group Consulting (AGC) sowie die Mitarbeiter der AGC-Einsatzplanung in Bremen. Die Lynx-HR erweitert damit ihr Beratungsspektrum um PAISY. Das Personalabrechnungssystem zählt zu den führenden Lösungen in Deutschland und umfasst alle Funktionen zur Berechnung der betrieblichen Lohn-, Gehalts- und Bezugsdaten. Mit der PAISY-Beratungsleistung ergänzt die Lynx-HR , die ihre Kunden bisher über-wiegend bei der Konzeption und Implementierung der Personalsoftware R/3 HR der SAP AG unterstützt hat, ihr Angebot um eine weitere Personalmanagement-Lösung. Ziel der Lynx-HR ist es, die Synergien beider Produkte zu nutzen.
