MA HSH beanstandet Verstoß gegen werberechtliche Regelungen bei Radio Hamburg und Oldie 95 und setzt Bußgeld fest

Der Medienrat der Medienanstalt Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein (MA HSH) hat in seiner gestrigen Sitzung einen Verstoß gegen das Werbetrennungs- und Kennzeichnungsgebot nach § 16 Absatz 1 Medienstaatsvertrag Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein (MStV HSH) in Verbindung mit § 7 Absatz 3 Rundfunkstaatsvertrag (RStV) in den Programmen von Radio Hamburg und Oldie 95 festgestellt und förmlich beanstandet.

Zudem hat der Medienrat nach § 51 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 MStV HSH in Verbindung mit § 49 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nr. 3 RStV Bußgelder in Höhe von 13.000 Euro (Radio Hamburg) bzw. 3.000 Euro (Oldie 95) festgesetzt.
