MA HSH genehmigt Beteiligungsveränderungen bei Hamburg 1

Der Medienrat der Medienanstalt Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein (MA HSH) hat auf seiner Sitzung am 19. Juni 2013 die durch eine Beteiligungsveränderung bei der KG Hamburg 1 Fernsehen Beteiligungs GmbH bedingte Übertragung der Zulassung der Programme "Hamburg 1" und "Hamburg 1 24" sowie der DVB-T-Zuweisung von Hamburg 1 auf Kanal K46 (Hamburg) genehmigt. Die bisher über die Germany 1 Media AG und die WING HoldCo GmbH beteiligten Gesellschafter werden ihre Beteiligungen in Zukunft überwiegend direkt halten. Die neuen Beteiligungsverhältnisse an Hamburg 1 stellen sich wie folgt dar:
