In der Kategorie "Video" gewinnt MAGIX zum vierten Mal in Folge mit dem Videoschnitt-Programm MAGIX Video deluxe, die Goldmedaille. Weitere Platzierungen erlangte das Unternehmen in den Kategorien "Brennen & CD/DVD" mit MAGIX Fotos auf DVD auf dem dritten und in der Kategorie "Musik" mit dem MAGIX Music Maker auf dem zweiten und MAGIX Music Studio auf dem dritten Platz. Vom 15. Oktober bis 15. November 2012 hatten über 500.000 Nutzer von Softwareload, dem Software-Download-Portal der
